Torch Lake Waterfront Cottage
Our cottage is on the southwest side of the lake, about 2 miles north of Torch River Bridge and the famous Torch Lake Sandbar.
We're close to several nearby towns, including Alden, Elk Rapids, and Bellaire, and a short drive to Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Suttons Bay, etc.
We love doing a day-trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes, going Canoeing on the Au Sable or Jordan, visiting wineries on Leelenau Peninsula, heading to an orchard for U-pick cherries, or one of the many other nearby things to do.

Local nearby marinas offer overnight slip and trailered storage options that our guests have used and we can guide you to them.

There are a number of top golf courses in the area, including designs by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Gary Player. Some of the more popular locations include Shanty Creek Resorts with 'The Legend', designed by Arnold Palmer, as well as 3 other courses and Grand Traverse Resort & Spa with 'The Bear' by Jack Nicklaus and 'The Wolverine' by Gary Player.
