Standard Rates (check with us here for exact quotes)

Early June:        $1750 weekly

Mid June:          $2100 weekly

Late June-Aug:  $2450 weekly (4th of July +$300)

Early Sept:        $2100 weekly

Late Sept:         $1750 weekly

Fees

6% Michigan State Use Tax

$100 Cleaning fee

$500 Security Deposit

NOTE: MILTON TOWNSHIP HAS IMPLEMENTED SEVERE CONSTRAINTS ON SHORT-TERM RENTALS. THIS WEBSITE MAY NOT FULLY REFLECT THOSE RESTRICTIONS.

Rental

• One week (7 day) standard rental period; Saturday-to-Saturday.  Check with me for other periods

• Check in at 3pm; Check out at 10am

• Sleeps 6 maximum - "1 family" cottage

Payment

• Rental deposit of 50% of rental rate is due with signed rental agreement to reserve cottage

• Final payment of 50% of rental rate plus Security Deposit, cleaning fee, tax due 30 days in advance of rental period

• Payment accepted via check

• Cancellation fees apply

Other

• No smoking

• No pets

• Fireplace is not to be used at this time; fire pit outside available for campfires

• Mooring anchor/buoy to be used during fair weather only
